Nihydro II was the homeworld of the Nihydron species and the capital of the Nihydron Star Republic.
In 2566, the planet was destroyed when the star in the Nihydro system went supernova. Discussion between the most prominent colonies began to debate on which world would be the Nihydron Star Republics newest capital world. New Nihydro was voted to be the newest capital.
